Personal Training

60 minutes: $80
45 minutes: $60
30 minutes: $40

One-on-one training where you will be given an exercise program designed to your needs and lifestyle and then work alongside me as I guide you through the exercises. The duration of the program will depend on the time frame of your goal and the amount of time you want to dedicate to training with a coach. I will demonstrate all of the exercises, be there to correct your form and light a metaphorical fire under you to get you psyched for each training session! 

 

At-Home Personal Training

60 minutes: $80
45 minutes: $60
30 minutes: $40

Workout in the comfort of your own home! This is a service provided to those who own a home-gym or live in an apartment/condo with a gym.

During the initial consultation we will discuss what equipment you have available and I will supply the rest if needed.

Base price per session is the same as regular personal training prices, but increase based on distance outside of the tri-city area which can be discussed in the over-the-phone consultation.

Active Rehabilitation

60 minutes: $90
45 minutes: $70

Injuries aren't fun, and neither are the physical, mental, emotional and social impacts they can have on you. Active rehabilitation is a form of physical therapy using exercise-based methods to facilitate your recovery and teach you how to be in control of your injuries, rather than the other way around. These one-on-one sessions will contain various forms of exercise that can be used to enhance recovery following an acute injury or surgery, as well as help rehabilitate and manage chronic injuries and central sensitization.

You can think of active rehabilitation as personal training where your coach/kinesiologist accounts for your injuries and the physical limitations that may accompany them and educates you on how to manage and rehab them while you improve your overall fitness.

 

Online Coaching

Monthly: $149

What you'll receive:

(1) Periodized program designed specifically to your goals and schedule and delivered through the Trainerize Fitness App for "Thought-free" workouts and simplified fitness tracking.

(1) Weekly 15-minute virtual check-in to determine any barriers or performance issues and address them.

*Optional Nutrition Coaching add-on available for those that want to get the full coach experience and optimize their results for additional $99.00

  • Recommended for those who are intermediate-advanced weightlifters and athletes that want to get a new targeted exercise regimen with the benefit of a coach while training on their own!
