I graduated from Simon Fraser University where I received my Bachelors of Science Degree in Kinesiology with a concentration in active health and rehabilitation. During my studies at SFU, I spent my free time as a group fitness instructor and personal trainer, as well as conducted seminars and workshops on multiple subjects in sport and fitness. Shortly after receiving my bachelors degree in 2020, I registered with the BC Association of Kinesiologists (BCAK) and have been working in the field as a kinesiologist ever since! My background and passion for exercise have given me significant experience educating, and developing exercise programs for people of all age groups and fitness levels that I use to help my clients not only reach, but exceed their health and fitness goals.
I believe that the best way to approach physical training is through (at times excessive) motivation and proper education, so that my clients have the confidence and knowledge to perform the exercises within their personalized program in a safe, efficient and effective manner. I use a variety of exercise methods in my program design so that clients will have a collection of tools at their disposal to ensure a well-rounded fitness regimen.
It is my personal mission to give my clients a better understanding of their body and it's adaptive qualities while giving them the motivation to transform not only their bodies but their entire lives in the process.
By working with me as your fitness coach and kinesiologist I will use my background in physical training and rehabilitation to give you a thorough baseline assessment and then create a personalized program that works towards your goals, reflects your current fitness levels and gives you a bulletproof body, while being with you every step of the way!
