Kevin has been my personal trainer for the past two years. I have had other personal
trainers but Kevin has by far exceeded my expectations. I came with past injuries that stopped me from
performing certain movements during my daily activities. Kevin is very knowledgeable and took my
concerns to heart. He developed exercises that would help me get back my mobility and challenge me
to move forward. I have found Kevin to be professional at all times, very personable, caring and
understanding what my body needs and what it was capable of doing. He made me stronger by
challenging me to do my utmost best.

Kevin is an outstanding Kinesiologist. I have been struggling with extreme shoulder pain for 3
years now. It has stopped me from doing the things I love, in particular tennis and weight
training. I have had an MRI and met with a surgeon and sports specialist twice, a naturopath
over 20 times for Prolo and PRP injections, two chiropractors and two physiotherapists. I
experienced very limited pain relief and still felt stiff and weak in my right shoulder. I was very
fortunate to have had Kevin recommended by my wife. Kevin has a patient and
encouraging manner with me. I am a very kinesthetic learner and Kevin was excellent at
explaining exactly which muscle I need to develop and also the areas I need to release tension
to allow my shoulder to function properly. For the first time in 3 years I feel stronger and have
almost no pain. When I returned to my physiotherapist, he was shocked and extremely
impressed with my progress. I am so grateful to Kevin. I know it is still going to be a long road to
recovery but he has given me hope of recovery for the first time.

This is to acknowledge that it has been a privilege to be able to train with Kevin Narayan for the past almost two years with great results in reaching my goals, including substantial weight loss and improved fitness levels, as well as many other health benefits. He has shown the most respect and commitment to helping me improve my health and reach success through designing a fitness and nutrition plan as well as motivating me throughout the whole process. I have learned that Kevin is a great motivational coach making my workout sessions interesting, progressively improved in difficulty and fun. I have developed a great routine of daily workout and started liking to exercise on my own and became interested in researching more in this field. Within the first few months of working together I noticed great changes in my weight, also many health benefits were surprising me almost every day. My waist line trimmed about 12 inches during that process as a result of fat loss and gaining more lean muscle and my posture has improved over time as well. I found it very beneficial to attend his various seminars about intermittent fasting, deadlifting techniques and safety of lifting. He showed a lot of knowledge and interest in those areas, as well as a need to share that with others who can use that to improve their health and fitness. Kevin helped me develop important healthy eating habits and helped me to monitor it, as well as reassess during different stages of my fitness journey. His kind and professional attitude and superior demonstration skills, as well as oral explanation has been of great help for me and I am confident these would be beneficial for any of his clients. My quality of life has rapidly improved, I was able to enjoy recreational mountain hikes and bike rides, as well as water sports in the summertime. He has prepared and demonstrated to me weekly mobility workouts, proper stretches for different muscle groups, as well as taught me muscle release techniques like Self Myofascial Release. I would very much recommend Kevin to anybody to help them with reaching fitness and nutritional goals. I honestly think he has a great potential and talent, as well as great understanding and kindness to work with people needing professional help.
