As a fitness professional with over 10 years of experience in the field, I have been able to help countless clients reach their fitness goals while giving them a better understanding of their body and how it has to navigate both inside and outside of the gym. With my services you can trust that you will be taken through a thorough intake process where we will find out what you truly want to accomplish while accounting for work and lifestyle factors, and set a realistic plan to achieve those goals in an appropriate time frame. Whether you're a self-proclaimed "gym rat," a competitive athlete or just someone who wants to be able to continue to do the activities they love while feeling healthy, strong and confident, I have the program for you.

 

My Mission

To help people recover from chronic/acute pain by teaching them how to be in control of their symptoms, regain function and perform at their best while getting in the best shape of their lives. 

 

How To Get Started

Step One (Contact)

Get in touch for a complimentary 15-minute, virtual/phone consultation so we can discuss your goals, lifestyle and schedule. Just click on "Contact" and send me a message through the online form and I will get back to you over email to schedule your virtual consultation.

Step Two (Consult)

During the consultation you can expect that we will go over things like your current fitness level, future goals, commitment level, availability and budget to see what options work best for you. From this information I will begin to create the early stages of your programs design. Once we have gone over your needs and agreed on the duration of the sessions, as well as the amount of sessions, you will book your baseline assessment. 

If you are planning on signing up for personal training or hybrid training, once your assessment is booked, head to the "Online Forms" section and fill out all of the forms/questionnaires prior to your appointment.

 

Step Three (Baseline Assessment)

In a gym-setting I will take you through a series of physical fitness tests (muscular strength, muscular endurance, cardiovascular endurance, flexibility) to determine your baseline fitness level. With this information and the information gathered in the consultation I will create a periodized, progressive exercise program that is targeted to your goals.

 

Step Four (Program Design)

You will receive a 6-12 week exercise program based on your needs and the amount of sessions purchased. With this program the expectation is that you use it as your guide when you're exercising on your own.

 

Step Five (Coaching)

For 1-on-1 personal training training you will meet with me 1-2 times per week depending on schedule availability and your needs. I will demonstrate all of the exercises in the program and be there to correct form and coach you through the grind of each workout.

For online coaching you will get access to your full program via the ABC Trainerize App, 15-minute weekly check ins and daily activity check-ins to make sure you stay consistent and on-top of your goals.
